Umm, I’m not really sure what happened, but I got the wrong items in my order. It was frustrating because it wasn’t what I asked for at all.

I was impressed with how fast it arrived. The whole shipping experience felt smooth and reliable, which definitely left me with a good impression

I tried reaching out to customer service a few times and never really got a straight answer. When they did reply, it took forever, and the responses felt vague, like no real person was actually handling it. It’s frustrating when all you need is a simple update. I wouldn’t use them again

I had a good experience using Lowen's. The pages loaded fine, and I was able to find what I needed without clicking around too much. It’s a simple site, simple in a good way, and it didn’t feel frustrating to use. The search could be a little better though, since a few results didn’t really seem to match what I was looking for. But overall, it was easy enough and not annoying, which I definitely appreciate.

I ordered from lowens.ca the whole thing was disappointing. They make it seem like your order will be packed and delivered with care, but that was not my experience at all. The box showed up crushed on one side and barely taped shut, and once I opened it, the items had clearly been sliding around inside. A couple of things were damaged because the packaging was so loose. To make it worse, the delivery was just left outside in the rain by my door. Definitely not the careful service I expected

It just felt way too expensive for what I actually got. The value wasn’t really there, and when I emailed with a question, the replies sounded like they were written by a robot using the same canned lines over and over. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not something I’d order again.

I’ve been using it for a bit the quality feels good. Everything seems sturdy and well put together, and I don’t really have any complaints so far. Seems like a solid buy, right?
